Whether it’s an existing interest or you have a passion to learn something new then to do it while relaxing at sea is an added bonus. Pick your cruise because of the theme or experiment while on your favourite itinerary, it’s up to you. The format will vary dependant on the cruise line, the subject and the destination but it may take the form of lectures, performances, select gatherings or practical sessions. It will not take over your time away but enhance it, still allowing you time to enjoy the rest of the ship, cruise and relax, so if your companions don’t share the same interest they will not feel left out. Most of the theme activities are included in the fare but on occasion a small fee maybe charged, for example on wine tasting or while on painting cruises, where materials maybe required.
